These terms govern charters operated by White Island Classics aboard Peter (1939), departing from Marina Ibiza, Spain. By making a booking, you agree to these terms together with our Booking, Cancellation & Weather Policy.
The Charter
Each charter is a private experience provided for the agreed duration, guest number and date. Routes and itineraries are indicative and remain subject to weather, sea conditions and the professional judgement of the Captain, whose decisions regarding safety and navigation are final.
Guest Responsibilities
- Arrive at the agreed departure location at least 15 minutes before departure.
- Follow all reasonable instructions given by the Captain and crew.
- Ensure children and any pets are supervised at all times.
- Behave in a manner that does not endanger the safety of guests, crew or the vessel.
The Captain reserves the right to curtail a charter without refund in cases of unsafe, abusive or unlawful behaviour.
Capacity & Safety
Peter is a fully licensed charter vessel carrying appropriate safety equipment. Maximum guest numbers are stated for each experience and may not be exceeded. A safety briefing is provided before every departure.
Pricing & Inclusions
Advertised prices include fuel, applicable Spanish charter taxes, refreshments and the services described for each experience. Additional services requested by guests may incur further charges, which will be agreed in advance.
Liability
White Island Classics maintains commercial charter insurance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any booking is limited to the amount paid directly to White Island Classics for the affected charter. We are not liable for personal belongings or for losses arising from events beyond our reasonable control.
Images & Content
Photography and video may be taken during charters for our own marketing purposes. If you would prefer not to be featured, please let us know before departure and we will respect your request.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Balearic Islands.
